A few months ago, I was interviewed on the Superhuman Playbook Podcast – give it a listen!

I’ve used this info to totally transform my body from an overweight high-school kid that couldn’t do a single pull-up to a 30+-year-old father of four that still keeps in pretty good shape (and can stand up from this chair right now and do 15 pull-ups, as well as other cool exercises like pistol squats, various levers, and muscle-ups).

I’ve never in my life been described as “naturally athletically gifted”, so if I can do it, anyone can.
